Terms of service
These terms govern every purchase in the Legend Crafters online store at shop.legend-crafters.com (the "Store"). By placing an order you accept them. The seller is Legend Crafters Kft. (details under Contact information).
1. Consumers only. The Store sells only to consumers: natural persons buying for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. We do not sell to companies or for resale. If an order is clearly placed for business purposes, we may cancel it and refund the full amount.
2. Pre-orders. All products are currently offered as pre-orders. The product does not exist in finished form yet; it is expected to ship in Q1 2027 together with the Reign of Hades campaign rewards. The expected shipping period is shown on each product page, at checkout and in the order confirmation.
3. Conclusion of the contract. The product pages are an invitation to make an offer. Your order is your offer; the contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation e-mail. The contract is concluded in English and is stored by us; you receive its content in the confirmation e-mail.
4. Prices, taxes and duties. Prices are in euro (EUR). For delivery within the European Union, prices include the VAT of your country of delivery, charged under the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme. For delivery to the United States and Canada, the price shown is final: it includes all customs duties and import taxes, which we pay on your behalf (delivered duty paid); no sales tax, duty or fee is added on delivery. Shipping costs are shown before you pay and depend on the weight of the order and the destination (see Shipping policy).
5. Payment. You pay the full price, including shipping, when you order (card and the other methods offered at checkout). The payment is processed by Shopify Payments; we never see your full card details. You receive the invoice by e-mail when the order ships.
6. Quantity limit. To keep the Essen allocation fair, you can buy at most 2 units of each product per order. Stock is limited; we sell no more than the stated allocation.
7. Delivery. We ship to addresses in the European Union, the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses) and Canada. Orders to the United States and Canada are shipped from our US fulfilment partner's warehouse. Delivery details, costs and the handling of damaged parcels are in the Shipping policy.
8. Right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, and you may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships. Details and the model withdrawal form are in the Refund policy.
9. Warranty. You have the statutory rights for defective goods (implied warranty, kellékszavatosság) for 2 years from delivery. Write to info@legend-crafters.com with a photo of the defect; we replace missing or damaged components free of charge.
10. Product safety. The game is intended for players aged 14 and over. It contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years (choking hazard).
11. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, for injury to life, body or health, or any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

13. Governing law. Hungarian law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
14. Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force when you place the order applies to that order.
